BMS College for Women was established in 1964 by Dharma Prakasha Rajakarya Prasaktha Late B. M. Srinivasaiah, doyen of higher education and his son late. B. S. Narayan, a great visionary to provide women with a fair share of opportunities. Located in the verdant green environs of Basavanagudi, the college is an impressive campus next to the Bugle Rock Park.
