M P Birla Institute of Management was founded in the year 1999 at the premises of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bangalore Kendra and blossomed into its present form with the generous support of Late Smt. Priyamvada Devi Birla, as an associate of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
